With more than two decades of experience in real estate, brokerage leadership, and professional development, I have built my career around helping people make informed decisions with confidence.

As a Broker of Record, educator, and industry leader, I have had the privilege of supporting hundreds of real estate professionals while guiding clients through some of life's most important financial decisions. My experience spans residential real estate, brokerage operations, regulatory compliance, coaching, training, and business development, giving me a unique perspective on every aspect of the industry.

I believe that experience matters. Real estate is constantly evolving, and success comes from understanding not only the market, but also the people, strategies, and processes behind every transaction. Whether I am mentoring agents, leading brokerage operations, educating future professionals, or helping consumers better understand the real estate landscape, my focus is always on providing practical advice, honest guidance, and meaningful support.

Throughout my career, I have been passionate about education and professional growth. I have delivered real estate education through Humber College, earned a Certificate in Adult Learning from the University of Calgary, and continue to invest in developing the next generation of real estate professionals.

Beyond real estate, I am a strong believer in giving back to the community. Supporting charitable initiatives and creating opportunities for others to succeed has always been an important part of both my personal and professional life.
